About the Trainer:

Ljerka Kisić Nikolić
A law graduate nearing completion of an MBA in finance and banking, with a particular focus on information system security.

She has been the Head of the Compliance Function at the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development since 2011, an Ethics Commissioner since 2011, and from 2010 to 2020, served as the officer responsible for managing whistleblowing cases. Her experience includes managing cases involving breaches of the Code of Conduct and dignity protection procedures.

Ljerka is a member of the ICC Commission for Corporate Social Responsibility and Anti-Corruption.

Her areas of expertise include topics related to codes of conduct, managing personal and institutional conflicts of interest, data protection, business secrecy, and corporate governance. She has a particular interest in managing reputational risk.
