Dr. Silvija Vig is a consultant, trainer, and author specializing in compliance, ethics, integrity, and anti-corruption.
She holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, focusing on the “Impact of Business Ethics on Corporate Performance.” Dr. Vig is certified as a CCEP-I – Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International, LPEC – Leading Professional in Ethics and Compliance, and ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager. She is also an accredited trainer for ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems, among other credentials.
Dr. Vig is the author of numerous scientific articles and books on business ethics, compliance, and organizational culture. She is the founder of CODUPO Compliance, a consultancy specializing in compliance, ethics, and anti-corruption. Her career includes involvement in international anti-corruption projects organized by the UN, OECD, and other global institutions.
