Workshop description
The workshop aims to introduce participants to ethical principles and guidelines, providing a foundational understanding of integrity, good governance, and high ethical standards in business. It explains how ethics can help individuals make the best decisions, even when faced with challenges or under pressure.
Conflicts of interest, gifts, hospitality, or other benefits can pose serious social, moral, economic, and political challenges. Any form of such inappropriate behavior can undermine good governance, hinder organizational growth, and erode trust in institutions. Therefore, in addition to establishing internal standards, policies, or ethical codes that regulate such behaviors, it is essential to clarify critical thinking and decision-making processes. This understanding can help identify factors that influence decisions and uncover potential causes of unethical behavior early.
