In-house training
Why should you attend?
The management board plays a crucial role in establishing and defining compliance programs, corporate governance, and organizational integrity. This training is specifically designed for them, providing essential knowledge and guidelines needed for organizations striving to operate according to high professional and ethical standards.
In recent years, the public has become increasingly aware of ethical issues, especially with the introduction of significant ESG criteria. To mitigate potential reputational risks associated with these, governing bodies are compelled to enhance their levels of due diligence, trust, and control. This approach helps organizations build an effective compliance culture, ensuring adherence to growing regulatory demands, standards, and best practices that organizations voluntarily adopt.
To ensure that the rules are properly and consistently implemented, reliable mechanisms and monitoring procedures must support them.
The goal of this training is to familiarize participants with the compliance management system, ethical principles, and rules while offering foundational understanding of integrity, due diligence, and high professional and ethical standards in business. It explains how value systems can guide the best decisions, even when faced with challenges or pressure.
Any form of improper behavior can undermine good governance, hinder organizational development, and damage trust and reputation. Therefore, beyond adopting internal standards, rules, or ethical codes that regulate such behavior, it is essential to clarify the processes of critical thinking and decision-making. This allows participants to understand the factors influencing decisions and identify potential causes leading to unethical behavior.
