Integrity@Work

In-house training

Program objective

Integrity represents the quality of personal honesty, fairness, and strong moral principles. However, in real life, understanding integrity is not always straightforward as it primarily depends on individuals’ moral awareness, which varies from person to person. To uncover what motivates individuals and how they make decisions, it is essential first to become aware of one’s own moral principles, values, and level of moral awareness. Only by becoming aware of these can we begin to change them, express who we truly are, and recognize them in others.

This program applies behavioral ethics to explain:

  • How do people make ethical decisions?
  • How do they know if a decision is ethical?
  • Why do individuals make unethical decisions even when they know they are unethical?

These and similar questions arise daily in both personal and professional environments. The program aims to help participants understand and embrace their ethical responsibilities, think ethically, react appropriately, and make sound decisions in business.
