Why should you attend this workshop?
Many companies rely on intermediaries, agents, consultants, and other third parties to effectively expand and maintain their business in international markets. However, if not carefully selected or properly managed, third parties can pose significant risks and cause damage to the company.
For this reason, almost all multinational companies operating in the global market now conduct third-party due diligence as an integral part of their compliance programs. They encourage local businesses to do the same to reduce business risks, especially corruption risks, throughout the supply chain.
Workshop objective
The goal of this workshop is to provide a detailed overview of third-party due diligence procedures designed to ensure that, as far as possible, companies engage with or work only with reputable and qualified third parties that operate with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Since effective controls must be established to mitigate compliance risks after entering into a relationship with third parties, this workshop also offers an in-depth look into this aspect of the process.
