The PECB Certified ISO 37301 Foundation course provides fundamental knowledge about compliance concepts and the requirements of the ISO 37301 standard for a Compliance Management System (CMS). Upon completing the training, you can take the exam. If you successfully pass, you can earn the PECB Certificate Holder in ISO 37301 Foundation. This internationally recognized certification validates your professional capabilities to contribute to the implementation of a CMS based on ISO 37301.

Trainer: Dr. Silvija Vig – Certified PECB Trainer

Dr. Silvija Vig is a consultant, trainer, and author specializing in compliance, ethics, integrity, and anti-corruption.

In her professional career, she focuses on behavioral and business ethics, organizational culture building, compliance program implementation, and anti-corruption efforts. She has over twenty years of managerial experience in Croatia and neighboring countries. Dr. Vig holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, with a dissertation on the “Impact of Business Ethics on Corporate Performance.”

She has earned prestigious certifications from two U.S.-based compliance and ethics associations: Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I) and Leading Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC). Additionally, she is a certified trainer for ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems, ISO 37001 Anti-bribery Management Systems, ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager, and Certified Data Protection Officer.

Since 2018, she has been a member of the Commission for Corporate Social Responsibility and Anti-Corruption of the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC Croatia. She has been a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and taught management courses at the University of Zagreb and other higher education institutions for over a decade. Currently, she is an adjunct faculty member at the Rochester Institute of Technology Croatia, where she teaches Business Ethics and CSR.

Dr. Vig is the author of numerous scientific articles on business ethics, compliance, and organizational culture. She works as a consultant and trainer at her company, CODUPO Compliance, specializing in compliance, ethics, and anti-corruption. Throughout her career, she has participated in various international anti-corruption projects organized by the United Nations (UN), OECD, USAID, Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), and Development Professionals Inc. (DPI).
